Chelsea men kept the blues at the top of the Colligo table with an unpredictable win against men’s champions, Liverpool. Estevao Willian gave Liverpool a taste of their own medicine by scoring a winner in stoppage time, something Liverpool themselves have been doing over the past few weeks.

The 2-1 win was bolstered by a point from the ladies, who could only manage a draw against a strong Man Utd team. Man Utd ladies have improved greatly this season and a couple more signings could make them strong title contenders. Their credible captain, Maya Le Tissier, is good enough to be a regular starter for England. Le Tissier just broke the record for consecutive starts (71) for a single club in the WSL. She is a die hard defender with pace and good control on the ball.

Elsewhere, West ham continue to be consistent and prop up all three Colligo tables by not winning. Spurs ladies also kept the pressure on Chelsea with a 1-0 win against Brighton. They are second only on goal difference to Chelsea.
