Chelsea and Arsenal both failed to take advantage on leaders City as they played out a draw. Arsenal gained the upperhand in the 38th minute when Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo was sent of for a studs up challenge on Mikel Merino. However it was Trevor Chalobah’s header that gave Chelsea the leader. Arsenal failed to take initiative with the extra player but Merino was able to salvage a drawer.
